轉(zhuǎn)聘外教老師需要注意的問題有什么？

　　1、外教是否已經(jīng)完成合同

　　合同完成與否，對外教老師至關(guān)重要，如果一個外籍教師沒有完成工作合同，想要終止合同，原雇主是否同意終止合同是個大問題，一般情況下，原學校一般不愿意配合，原學校為外教辦理簽證，包括入境前和入境后都花費了大量的時間和精力，不完成合同就離開，學校損失很大，學校不配合，外教拿不到解聘書和注銷函，新學校就不無法給外教辦理工簽。

　　有的外教不明白轉(zhuǎn)聘事宜，一直到合同結(jié)束的那一刻才聯(lián)系學校說需要離職，很多學校拿到的居留許可和工作許可在同一時間點過期，如果外教提出離職時間過晚，他的居留許可就會自動過期，那么就不存在解聘的事情，屬于工作許可自動過期，不會存在注銷的問題了。那就沒有辦法轉(zhuǎn)聘了。

　　一般母語外教都是英語老師職位，都屬于文教類工作簽證，都比較好轉(zhuǎn)聘。但是針對一些非母語國家的外教，有的學校聘請的小語種外教教學，比如俄羅斯語，西班牙語或者是藝術(shù)老師等，這種轉(zhuǎn)聘的時候就需要注意，看學校有沒有類似的許可，沒有這類許可也不能轉(zhuǎn)聘。
