一、外教的薪資要合理

學(xué)校要跟外教溝通好試用期的細(xì)則,在試用期間,不能有減薪的行為,如果學(xué)校有這樣的規(guī)定,那么必須在面試的時(shí)候,將此事告知外教,說清楚試用期期間的薪資是多少,轉(zhuǎn)正之后的薪資是多少,千萬不可以之前談好的薪資,入職后進(jìn)行減薪,這樣外教肯定不同意,試用期就可能馬上離職。
