學(xué)校聘請外教的一般程序是什么？
第一步：

委托單位首先將以下資料通過郵件發(fā)給外教網(wǎng)，或者直接撥打我們的聯(lián)系電話。

即將要跟外教簽訂的合同樣本（尤其里面要含明確注明聘用單位名稱、聘用合同期限、開始聘用時間、外教月薪、機(jī)票補貼、旅游費補貼、假期、保險、住宿條件和生活補貼等細(xì)節(jié)條款的合同附件）；

第二步：

收到學(xué)校老師發(fā)來的郵件后，外教人才網(wǎng)將及時作出回復(fù)，我們將按照學(xué)校的具體要求在我們所有的申請者里挑選出相應(yīng)的外教人選并將他/她的簡單資料（個人簡歷、最后學(xué)歷證明、護(hù)照復(fù)印件等資料）通過郵件發(fā)給學(xué)校；同時我們將學(xué)校的基本情況、聘外教要求和學(xué)校跟外教簽訂的合同樣本發(fā)給外教供外教參考，看看外教意向；

如果雙方或是有一方不同意，那么當(dāng)然我們再作配對；如果雙方都有意向，那么我們讓為你們提供進(jìn)一步交流、洽談了解的機(jī)會。具體做法是，我們將跟學(xué)校簽訂一份外教聘用中介協(xié)議，然后邀請學(xué)校相關(guān)老師跟外教進(jìn)行直接溝通交流，進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)了解，加強(qiáng)合作意向，如果需要，學(xué)校老師還可以跟外教通話，了解一下外教的口音、口頭表達(dá)能力、其他能力情況等；

第四步：

我們促成外教與學(xué)校之間簽訂一份勞動合同，將前幾步協(xié)定的事項通過合同定下來。

學(xué)校為外教辦理申請來華工作簽證所需的邀請函、外教確認(rèn)件，然后郵寄給外教以便其辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)和證件來華并到校（如果外教同意或者本身對相關(guān)流程非常熟悉也可以商量先辦旅游簽證過來，然后到校以后轉(zhuǎn)成工作簽證）。
