外教招聘時(shí)需要注意什么?
外教的資質(zhì)參差不齊,如何去分辨外教是否是合格合法的外教呢?據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2017年在中國從事教育行業(yè)的外國人已達(dá)40多萬,但按照最新政策標(biāo)準(zhǔn),合法外教數(shù)量僅占三分之一。

1.是否是國外正規(guī)的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生(學(xué)歷資質(zhì)很重要,是否具備本科及以上學(xué)位,是取得合法工簽的必要條件)
