外教招聘時(shí)需要注意什么?

　　外教的資質(zhì)參差不齊，如何去分辨外教是否是合格合法的外教呢?據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2017年在中國從事教育行業(yè)的外國人已達(dá)40多萬，但按照最新政策標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，合法外教數(shù)量僅占三分之一。
