英語外教招聘常見的問題有什么？

　　一、外教合同期短問題

　　1、 On the short contract period of foreign teachers

　　因為外教合同一般是一年一簽，學生們剛跟外教熟悉一點，外教各方面教學也配合默契了，就在這個時候，外教一年的合同已經(jīng)到期了，學校又要去招聘新的外教。所以每年學校在招聘外教的時候，總是愁眉苦臉，雖然外教很多，但是符合學校要求，又要外教自己愿意來學校的，那簡直是鳳毛麟角了。在這樣惡循環(huán)下，常常會因為不能招聘到外教，而影響到整個教學計劃的順利進行。
