一、外教合同期短問題

因為外教合同一般是一年一簽,學生們剛跟外教熟悉一點,外教各方面教學也配合默契了,就在這個時候,外教一年的合同已經(jīng)到期了,學校又要去招聘新的外教。所以每年學校在招聘外教的時候,總是愁眉苦臉,雖然外教很多,但是符合學校要求,又要外教自己愿意來學校的,那簡直是鳳毛麟角了。在這樣惡循環(huán)下,常常會因為不能招聘到外教,而影響到整個教學計劃的順利進行。
