中國(guó)外教一般存在什么問(wèn)題

  1.水平參差不齊

  會(huì)講英語(yǔ)跟會(huì)教英語(yǔ)是兩回事。正如不是所有中國(guó)人都能教漢語(yǔ)一樣,并不是所有外國(guó)人都有資格教英語(yǔ),能教好英語(yǔ),F(xiàn)實(shí)情況是,目前在中國(guó)的外教水平參差不齊,雖然也有優(yōu)秀的外教,但人數(shù)太少。不少學(xué)校和培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)都有“外來(lái)的和尚好念經(jīng)”的想法,在招聘時(shí)沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格審核資質(zhì),只要是個(gè)外國(guó)面孔就行(有些外教的母語(yǔ)甚至都不是英語(yǔ))。很多招來(lái)的外教沒(méi)有受過(guò)正規(guī)的師范教育或者相關(guān)的教學(xué)培訓(xùn),缺乏從事語(yǔ)言教育的基本知識(shí)。還有一些外教來(lái)中國(guó)并不是為了教書(shū),僅僅是為了旅游賺點(diǎn)路費(fèi),對(duì)教學(xué)并不上心。這樣的教師對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)能力提升的幫助并不大。
