中國(guó)外教一般存在什么問(wèn)題

　　優(yōu)秀的外教對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有促進(jìn)作用，很容易吸引學(xué)生的注意力，能夠增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)口語(yǔ)的興趣。

　　1.水平參差不齊

　　會(huì)講英語(yǔ)跟會(huì)教英語(yǔ)是兩回事。正如不是所有中國(guó)人都能教漢語(yǔ)一樣，并不是所有外國(guó)人都有資格教英語(yǔ)，能教好英語(yǔ)�，F(xiàn)實(shí)情況是，目前在中國(guó)的外教水平參差不齊，雖然也有優(yōu)秀的外教，但人數(shù)太少。不少學(xué)校和培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)都有“外來(lái)的和尚好念經(jīng)”的想法，在招聘時(shí)沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格審核資質(zhì)，只要是個(gè)外國(guó)面孔就行(有些外教的母語(yǔ)甚至都不是英語(yǔ))。很多招來(lái)的外教沒(méi)有受過(guò)正規(guī)的師范教育或者相關(guān)的教學(xué)培訓(xùn)，缺乏從事語(yǔ)言教育的基本知識(shí)。還有一些外教來(lái)中國(guó)并不是為了教書(shū)，僅僅是為了旅游賺點(diǎn)路費(fèi)，對(duì)教學(xué)并不上心。這樣的教師對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)能力提升的幫助并不大。

There are also some foreign teachers who come to China not to teach, just to earn some travel expenses, and they are not interested in teaching. Such a teacher is not helpful to the improvement of students' English ability.

　　英語(yǔ)教學(xué)是一個(gè)有相當(dāng)門(mén)檻的工作，外教僅僅會(huì)講英語(yǔ)還不夠，最好還要有至少一門(mén)外語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，這樣才能深刻感知兩種語(yǔ)言系統(tǒng)的差別，知道學(xué)生在語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)在哪里。但能夠堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)一門(mén)外語(yǔ)(不管是不是中文)的外教并不多，大部分人只會(huì)英語(yǔ)一門(mén)語(yǔ)言。這導(dǎo)致他們很難了解中國(guó)學(xué)生遇到的困難，實(shí)際教學(xué)效果并不如中國(guó)老師。

　　English teaching is a job with a certain threshold. It is not enough for a foreign teacher to speak English only. It is better to have at least one foreign language learning experience. Only in this way can we deeply perceive the differences between the two language systems and know where the students' difficulties lie in the process of language learning. However, there are not many foreign teachers who can persist in learning a foreign language (whether it is Chinese or not), and most people only know English. This makes it difficult for them to understand the difficulties encountered by Chinese students, and the actual teaching effect is not as good as that of Chinese teachers.
