在外教招聘中所遇到的一些事

隨著接觸越來越多的招聘外教的單位，包括幼兒園，各種英語培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)，初中高中，大學(xué)等這樣的學(xué)校等，然后呢，在學(xué)校與外教之間相互推薦的過程中，真的是遇見越來越多的讓自己覺得有時(shí)候真的是覺得很無奈的事情。

以前的時(shí)候總覺的外國(guó)人的時(shí)間觀念是比較強(qiáng)的，應(yīng)該是很準(zhǔn)時(shí)這樣的，但是昨天給一個(gè)杭州的培訓(xùn)學(xué)校約面試的澳大利亞外教，約好的晚上9點(diǎn)面試，我還專門跟學(xué)校老師說一定要準(zhǔn)時(shí)這樣，老師說肯定沒問題。結(jié)果到了第二天看老師給我留言說：外教昨天沒有上線，然后什么消息都沒有。

唉。。。也不知道外教搞什么，后來聯(lián)系外教到現(xiàn)在也是一句消息都么有回，也沒有說我為什么沒有面試這樣，真不知道怎么想的。要是不想面試的話可以不答應(yīng)這樣啊，結(jié)果說好了又不面，這樣會(huì)讓學(xué)校這邊覺得外教不守時(shí)，也會(huì)讓學(xué)校老師覺得我們這邊沒有做好相關(guān)的工作。但其實(shí)都專門在面試時(shí)間之前再三跟外教那邊確認(rèn)過是否可以這樣，結(jié)果沒想到最后出現(xiàn)這樣的情況，真的讓人惱火又無語啊。。。

現(xiàn)在看來，不管學(xué)校還是外教總是會(huì)存在一些這樣的人，不按時(shí)面試隨后又什么都不說的，這樣的話以后如何再相信你呢？既然約定好了，就要守約，或者是有什么突發(fā)狀況，及時(shí)或者過后解釋一下，大家也不是不能理解，最可怕的就是事情發(fā)生了，結(jié)果什么解釋都沒有呢。這種做事的風(fēng)格真的很不好啊，不然也是對(duì)推薦外教的機(jī)構(gòu)增加無形的壓力與負(fù)擔(dān)啊，這樣的話就會(huì)降低工作效率，對(duì)學(xué)校也好，外教也罷，都是有一定的損失的。希望以后不再遇見這樣的事情吧。
