外教招聘中遇到外教轉聘要注意的問題
外教轉聘的操作,比從國外直接聘外教手續(xù)要容易,時間短,外教已經在中國的優(yōu)點!所以轉聘外教也是各個學校招聘外教的一個選擇!但轉聘外教也需要一定的行業(yè)知識儲備,不然忙到最后,發(fā)現轉聘不了!

1、 外教是否已經完成合同

合同完成與否,對外籍教師至關重要,如果一個外籍教師沒有完成工作合同,想要想要終止合同,原雇主是否同意終止合同是個大問題,一般情況下,原學校一般不愿意配合,原學校為外教辦理簽證,包括入境前和入境后都花費了大量的時間和精力,不完成合同就離開,學校損失很大, 學校不配合,外教拿不到解聘書和注銷函,新學校就不無法給外教辦理工簽。

3. 完成合同/合同到期

有的外教不明白轉聘事宜,一直到合同結束的那一刻才聯系學校說需要離職,很多學校拿到的居留許可和工作許可在同一時間點過期,如果外教提出離職時間過晚,他的居留許可就會自動過期,那么就不存在解聘的事情,屬于工作許可自動過期,不會存在注銷的問題了。那就沒有辦法轉聘了。

5.無犯罪記錄

一般城市不需要國內無犯罪記錄,只要有之前的無犯罪記錄就可以。但是有的城市需要之前學校駐地開的最近一年居留的無犯罪記錄證明,需要去轄區(qū)派出所開出就可以。

一般母語外教都是英語老師職位,都屬于文教類工作簽證,都比較好轉聘。但是針對一些非母語國家的外教,有的學校聘請的小語種外教教學,比如俄羅斯語,西班牙語或者是藝術老師等,這種轉聘的時候就需要注意,看學校有沒有類似的許可,沒有這類許可也不能轉聘。

7. 推薦信

推薦信在轉聘中至關重要,一般下家單位都會要求前學校的推薦信,如果在前學校工作不積極,沒有完成合同,那么估計推薦信不會給,或者是推薦信的內容也不利于轉聘。所以建議每個外教到校都好好工作。
