影響外教招聘的因素有哪些?
一直以來(lái)在給全國(guó)各地不同的招聘單位推薦外教,大部分單位都是能夠找到合適的外教資源的,但是有一小部分的單位就遲遲沒(méi)有找到合適的外教招聘,總結(jié)了以下幾點(diǎn)原因:

一,地理位置的因素影響。

一直以來(lái),南方的城市就比北方的城市或者西部比較偏僻的城市招聘外教容易得多,很多外教也是奔著南方的城市來(lái)的,尤其是比較扎推于廣東那邊的城市。南方城市地理位置優(yōu)越,氣溫也比較事宜,不會(huì)太熱或者太冷,反而北方,尤其是非?勘钡某鞘,一到冬天就非常冷,他們就覺(jué)得這樣的城市適宜居住度不是很高,可能就會(huì)直接不考慮那邊的城市了。

一般外教分為這幾種類型:母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的,非母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的,男性,女性,白人,黑人或者棕色皮膚的。往往有一大部分的學(xué)校招聘條件都是:我們就要母語(yǔ)國(guó)家的白人女性外教,而且年輕貌美的就行。在他們看來(lái)這樣的條件很普通,很容易,但是很多招聘外教的人不了解的是,外教他們不是像商品一樣,擺在柜臺(tái)上,上面標(biāo)明價(jià)格,看中的,只要付得起相對(duì)應(yīng)的價(jià)格就可以買走。外教他們是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的人,是有自己的靈魂思想的,會(huì)自己有判斷能力,是不是自己喜歡的城市,薪資是不是能達(dá)到他們的期望要求,這些都是外教是否選擇你這邊單位的因素,并不是說(shuō)你這邊看中了,讓外教去哪里,他就能去哪里的。這個(gè)想法一定要適當(dāng)?shù)母淖円幌虏藕。?dāng)然各方面,不論在薪資還是城市位置都比較有優(yōu)勢(shì)的單位,就比較容易招聘到這樣的母語(yǔ)白人外教。

三,招聘單位的性質(zhì)。

國(guó)內(nèi)招聘的單位一般分為:全日制的公立學(xué)校,全日制的私立民辦學(xué)校,更多的是培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。一般這種全日制的公立或者民辦學(xué)校是大部分母語(yǔ)外教的第一選擇,是周末雙休,而且每周課時(shí)少,比較輕松,再加上會(huì)有寒暑假。培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)呢,基本上都是每周的周一、周二休息,平時(shí)是下午-晚上上課,周末全天上課這樣,一般還都有坐班時(shí)間,工作時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng),即使薪資給的高,有的外教也并不一定能考慮這樣。所以一般培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)招聘外教的時(shí)候,需要適當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)整下要求,比如可以接受有膚色的外教,或者是說(shuō)可以考慮那種非母語(yǔ)的發(fā)音,經(jīng)驗(yàn)各方面都不錯(cuò)的外教,這樣也是不錯(cuò)的選擇。

四,面試官跟外教面試時(shí)要注意一些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題。

有時(shí)候會(huì)出現(xiàn)以下情況,在面試官跟外面試之前,外教通過(guò)看學(xué)校的一些介紹,面試官通過(guò)看外教的簡(jiǎn)歷等,他們雙方都是覺(jué)得比較滿意的。但是等到面試完就會(huì)出現(xiàn),外教不考慮或者面試官不考慮了的情況。其實(shí)并不是一些本質(zhì)性的問(wèn)題,而是一些細(xì)節(jié)方面影響的。前幾天遇到一個(gè)北方的學(xué)校,給他們推薦了一對(duì)外教,面試之前通過(guò)對(duì)雙方簡(jiǎn)單的了解都覺(jué)得不錯(cuò),也很期待面試,我們也認(rèn)為學(xué)校跟外教這場(chǎng)面試的結(jié)果一定是完美的。
