1、選擇聽力材料
1. Choose listening materials
練習(xí)英語聽力的材料可以是電影對白,新聞BBC或VOA,人物演講,采訪,因?yàn)橛⒄Z聽力考試多是人物的獨(dú)白和對話,所以也可以采用四六級的模擬聽力試題。一切可以讀懂的閱讀材料都可以用來練習(xí)英語聽力。
The materials for practicing English listening can be film dialogue, news BBC or VOA, character speech and interview. Because English listening test is mostly character monologue and dialogue, the simulated listening test of CET-4 and CET-6 can also be used. All readable reading materials can be used to practice English listening.
2、英語聽力怎么聽
2. How to listen to English Listening
找到合適的英語材料,也需要配合一定的練習(xí)方法,那么英語聽力怎么聽?這又是一個問題!
Finding suitable English materials also needs to be combined with certain practice methods. How to listen to English listening? This is another problem!
一般來說,練習(xí)英語聽力的方法可大概分為兩種,一個是精聽,另一種是泛聽。
Generally speaking, there are two ways to practice English listening, one is intensive listening, the other is extensive listening.
Intensive listening means listening carefully and understanding every sentence. Carefully analyze and understand each word and sentence. When practicing intensive listening, you should concentrate your thoughts highly, try to understand each word and sentence and capture information. The training method is to listen to the recorded article once, understand the main idea, and then replay it, listening sentence by sentence. When you encounter words and sentences you don't understand, you can use the rewind function of tape recorder and repeater to listen again, not twice or even three times until you understand. Then the next sentence, wait until each sentence is understood, and then play the full text from beginning to end. I really understand it all, and listening carefully has achieved the expected effect.
泛聽就是只求量的增加與積累,不求聽懂每個句子。比如說,在家吃晚飯時就放些英語新聞,聽英語廣播,就像處在英語國家的語言環(huán)境中;或者是乘車時,戴著耳機(jī)聽英語,都不占用整塊的學(xué)習(xí)時間。而是利用休息時間或零星時間,使自己盡可能增加“聽”的輸入量。泛聽靠的就是反復(fù)聽語言情景與單詞短語,也很自然慢慢聽懂了。
Extensive listening is only for the increase and accumulation of quantity, not for understanding each sentence. For example, when we have dinner at home, we put some English news and listen to English radio, just like in the language environment of English speaking countries; Or when taking the bus, listening to English with headphones does not occupy the whole learning time. Instead, use rest time or sporadic time to increase the input of "listening" as much as possible. Extensive listening relies on listening to language situations and words and phrases repeatedly, and it is natural to understand them slowly.
當(dāng)泛聽和精聽練習(xí)一段時間之后,要進(jìn)行自我測試,看自己有沒有提升,評定自己的聽力水平。
After extensive listening and intensive listening practice for a period of time, you should conduct a self-test to see if you have improved and assess your listening level.
3、大聲朗讀
3. Read aloud
大聲朗讀是一個不斷加深印象的過程,把自己已經(jīng)掌握的知識得到鞏固。讓每一個詞的發(fā)音在大腦里留有一個印象,再一次聽到這個詞時,就聽得懂了。朗讀的素材可以是課文,或者報紙書刊等。
Reading aloud is a process of deepening the impression and consolidating the knowledge you have mastered. Let the pronunciation of each word leave an impression in your brain. When you hear the word again, you will understand it. The reading material can be text, newspapers, books, etc.
4、糾正發(fā)音
4. Correct pronunciation
