所以課堂上英語外教老師不失時(shí)機(jī)的對(duì)這個(gè)孩子進(jìn)行鼓勵(lì)和肯定，比如給她肯定而欣賞的眼神，讓她回答一些相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單一些的問題然后著力表揚(yáng)，甚至讓全班同學(xué)為她鼓掌，另外我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)孩子雖然相對(duì)安靜但是她的作業(yè)寫的特別認(rèn)真，另外我在家長(zhǎng)那里了解到這個(gè)孩子的家庭作業(yè)能寫三個(gè)小時(shí)，而且從作業(yè)本身來看，無論是字體還是正確率都是特別優(yōu)秀的，于是我特別在課堂上當(dāng)作優(yōu)秀作業(yè)的典范表揚(yáng)了這個(gè)孩子的作業(yè)完成情況和認(rèn)真程度，并要求大家都向她學(xué)習(xí)。 這樣在兩節(jié)課后這個(gè)孩子已經(jīng)可以像別的孩子一樣邊舉手邊叫喊著要求我給她機(jī)會(huì)回答問題了。而且這個(gè)孩子的父母也反應(yīng)孩子在日常生活中也變的開朗自信了很多。
