對于學(xué)校方面，在招聘外教過程中也是應(yīng)該靈活改變策略。一般推薦時(shí)，我們都會(huì)提供外教基本的資料。有的學(xué)校希望外教先提供一些視頻作為參考，可以理解的是學(xué)校主要是想看外教發(fā)音如何，但應(yīng)該承認(rèn)的是母語國家外教發(fā)音一般沒有問題。我們在平時(shí)交流中也會(huì)通過各種方式可以了解到這塊情況。那有的母語外教可能更希望直接視頻面試來展現(xiàn)自己各方面能力，這也是可以理解的，但有的學(xué)校就必須先要到視頻才愿意面試，退一步思考，這樣既耽誤時(shí)間又可能會(huì)失去一個(gè)優(yōu)秀外教，多一次面試就多一份錄取到優(yōu)秀外教的機(jī)會(huì)。有的時(shí)候?qū)W校確實(shí)很忙，但是想要找到好的資源，還是要付出一點(diǎn)時(shí)間的。
