聘請(qǐng)外教的你了解嗎？

1、聘請(qǐng)外教的單位自主與外籍求職人員談定聘請(qǐng)條件，簽訂聘請(qǐng)合同，專(zhuān)文報(bào)所在地教育行政主管部門(mén)（省管院校直接報(bào)省教育行政管理部門(mén)）。

需為外教提供的條件一般為：

1）國(guó)家對(duì)外教的工資規(guī)定的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為每月2200元/人，上不封頂；

另外，因許多聘請(qǐng)單位聘請(qǐng)時(shí)間緊急，國(guó)內(nèi)不少省、市可以同意各單位讓外教先申辦旅行簽證來(lái)華，入境后在一個(gè)月內(nèi)由聘請(qǐng)單位代為更改簽證字頭。

外教來(lái)單位后還需及時(shí)辦理以下手續(xù)：

1、在來(lái)單位后的24小時(shí)內(nèi)向所在地公安部門(mén)，申辦好外國(guó)人住宿登記手續(xù)，否則將受到公安部門(mén)的處罰；
