外教招聘并不是一件簡單的事
外教推薦過程并非一帆風(fēng)順，充滿了坎坷與辛酸。之前我們分享過外教招聘推薦過程中的經(jīng)驗之談，也可以說是汲取了教訓(xùn)。今天就來說一說外教推薦過程的那些痛苦的瞬間

沒有什么事情比“煮熟的鴨子飛了更讓我們沮喪的了。很多外教在經(jīng)歷初試，復(fù)試等等種種考驗，順利過關(guān)后，卻突然告訴我們?nèi)ゲ涣藢W(xué)校了，這是讓我們十分痛苦甚至不能理解的。原本一切看起來如此的順利，卻毫無征兆的離開，正如熱戀中的我們，突然毫無原因的被甩，那感覺只能用一個詞來形容：不爽。更有甚者在我們聯(lián)系了長達(dá)數(shù)月，一切進展順利，學(xué)校已經(jīng)開始為外教辦簽證了，甚者已經(jīng)辦下來了，外教卻說來不了了，對于這樣的外教，我們通常會稱之為“不靠譜”外教。之后也會提醒同事不要推薦這類外教。

當(dāng)然除了這些“不靠譜”的外教讓我們痛苦外，還會有各種各樣的學(xué)校讓我們頭痛不已。一些學(xué)校已經(jīng)和外教在面試時就說好了細(xì)節(jié)以及福利待遇，甚者將其寫進了合同里。而當(dāng)外教到校后，甚者臨近發(fā)工資時，卻臨時反悔，并沒有許諾給外教（招聘一個外教）這些待遇，最終調(diào)解不成的話只能一拍兩散，不僅學(xué)校覺得外教不好，甚至外教覺得我們沒有推薦好的學(xué)校，而對我們不同的埋怨，解釋也解釋不清，甚是痛苦。
