外教招聘并不是一件簡單的事
外教推薦過程并非一帆風(fēng)順,充滿了坎坷與辛酸。之前我們分享過外教招聘推薦過程中的經(jīng)驗之談,也可以說是汲取了教訓(xùn)。今天就來說一說外教推薦過程的那些痛苦的瞬間

沒有什么事情比“煮熟的鴨子飛了更讓我們沮喪的了。很多外教在經(jīng)歷初試,復(fù)試等等種種考驗,順利過關(guān)后,卻突然告訴我們?nèi)ゲ涣藢W(xué)校了,這是讓我們十分痛苦甚至不能理解的。原本一切看起來如此的順利,卻毫無征兆的離開,正如熱戀中的我們,突然毫無原因的被甩,那感覺只能用一個詞來形容:不爽。更有甚者在我們聯(lián)系了長達(dá)數(shù)月,一切進展順利,學(xué)校已經(jīng)開始為外教辦簽證了,甚者已經(jīng)辦下來了,外教卻說來不了了,對于這樣的外教,我們通常會稱之為“不靠譜”外教。之后也會提醒同事不要推薦這類外教。

當(dāng)然除了這些“不靠譜”的外教讓我們痛苦外,還會有各種各樣的學(xué)校讓我們頭痛不已。一些學(xué)校已經(jīng)和外教在面試時就說好了細(xì)節(jié)以及福利待遇,甚者將其寫進了合同里。而當(dāng)外教到校后,甚者臨近發(fā)工資時,卻臨時反悔,并沒有許諾給外教(招聘一個外教)這些待遇,最終調(diào)解不成的話只能一拍兩散,不僅學(xué)校覺得外教不好,甚至外教覺得我們沒有推薦好的學(xué)校,而對我們不同的埋怨,解釋也解釋不清,甚是痛苦。
